In 2009 The Rowdy Ranch was very fortunate in purchasing Play Pepto For Me from trainer and world class team penner, Bobby Atwood.

"Huck" is a 2004, 15 h red roan, who is an own son of Peptoboonsmal whose name speaks for itself.  As of 2008, Peptoboonsmal's lifetime earnings were in excess of $180,000 and his offspring earnings were in excess of $10 million.

The bottom side of his pedigree is also amazing with greats Smart Lil Ricochet, Smart Little Lena, and Freckles Playboy on his papers.

Smart Lil Ricochet was the winner of the first go round of the 1997 NCHA World Championship Futurity, marking a 223 (first time ever shown). Unfortunately he sustained a serious injury during his run, which cut his show career short, and he ultimately passed away in 2007.

Smart Lil Ricochet has sired foals earning an excess of $2,6 million and has sired multiple NCHA Champions.  In 2005 His offspring won more championships, and won more money than any other offspring by siring sons of Smart Little Lena.  In 2004, 2005, 2006 his offspring had the highest average earnings over any other siring son of Smart Little Lena.  Also in 2005, he sired the highest seller in sales at the 2005 NCHA Summer Spectacular with Blissful selling for $250,000.

Huck was initially trained as a cutter, but went on to Team Penning. He himself has 15 performance points to his credit.
